Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellations based on the following terms:

  • A $10.00 processing fee applies to all customer-initiated cancellations.
  • Orders canceled within 3 days of placement will incur a 20% deduction from the total amount.
  • Orders canceled within 7 days will be subject to a 30% deduction.
  • No cancellations will be accepted after 7 days from the date of order.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return and exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping may take 10–15 business days.
  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refund processing may take 15–20 business days after item inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
